Some part of most production processes will require a bespoke piece of equipment. Horan Automation & Consulting are uniquely positioned to provide this service. With over 20 years’ experience in automation design and manufacture we have the facilities to design and test this equipment before going into production.
All our design is done using Solid Works 3D design software, and robot simulation is also available using Visual components software. Depending on the complexity of the equipment the design process may include the manufacture and testing of a prototype before the final design is complete. Once the design is completed we can then manufacture, install and commission the equipment on our client’s site and also integrate it with other machinery on the line.
All bespoke equipment is supplied to our client with full documentation including, electrical drawings, Software programmes and a copy of the Solid Works 3D model. All equipment is CE marked and carries 12 months parts and labour warranty.
